June 21, 1998
The USS Missouri, BB-63, arrives at Oahu on Sunday, June 21, 1998 to a spectacular welcome by the community. At 887 feet in length, it is one of the largest ships to pass in front of Ala Moana and Waikiki in recent years. It was greeted by a floatilla of small boats and a large crowd at Magic Island.www.ussmissouri.com
